Perhaps it is time for a haskell web apps wiki page, if there isn't one,
outlining the approaches, with a structure like:
* HAppS
* CGI
- FastCGI
* Database solutions
- HDBC
- Takusen
* Templating
- HStringTemplate
* JSON rpc
etc.
