CGAL is written in C++ and makes heavy use of templates to let user code parametrize efficiently the data structures. I'm not sure it would be a good pick to begin with if you not a lot of time. On the other hand, if you're happy with a few small choices of parametrization, you can do that in C++, then export some C functions then bind against that. It's overall quite straightforward.
