Just to add more detail: I am running Apache 2.2.9. The message I mentioned appeared in the Apache error log file when running the sample Haskell FastCGI scripts under localhost with mod_fastcgi.
I understand that there are some problems with mod_fastcgi and Apache 2.2.9, so I downloaded the Apache 2.2.9 version of mod_fcgid from here: http://www.apachelounge.com/download/ and tried that instead. I no longer get the error message I mentioned before, but instead get: [Thu Nov 26 08:44:30 2009] [warn] mod_fcgid: read timeout from pipe [Thu Nov 26 08:44:30 2009] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script headers: test2.fcgi Any suggestions?
