Hi, I've just uploaded mhailist, a mailing list manager a friend and I started working on a while ago, to hackage [1]. It's very much experimental and an alpha release, but it does the job for some mailing lists we have.
We're also looking for people who'd like to join us developing it; if you're interested then by all means let me know.
