Agreed to all this! I've kicked off a discussion with the committee on some
higher level stuff vis a vis how to pull in more people and start
categorizing stuff. I also made this grid with sort of the same intentions:

If you want to add columns or rows to it to capture either more services or
things about services, or better yet want to fill in some question marks,
that would be great!

I'm happy to take the lead in bothering people until we can get these sorts
of questions categorized and answered.
