[haskell-pipes] New job

Just so people now, I just began my new job at Twitter.  This means that 
I will be out of commission for the next month until I feel comfortable 
with my progress at my new job.  I will still be answering questions on 
the mailing list and working through smaller issues.  This will mainly 
affect the efficiency improvements to `pipes-parse`, which will probably 
have to wait until after then.
