So I'm finally releasing a `pipes-extras` library that will hold
functions that either:
A) Are more dependency-heavy, or:
B) Are too specialized to belong in `pipes`
I'm just advertising here in case people wanted to contribute utilities
of their own before I upload it to Hackage. I'll still be adding more
over the next week.
