Inevitably, using the web interface, I ended up making two pull requests
for what is intuitively one patch. With these patches I can build
`process-streaming` and its tests either in a sandbox by itself or in my
little pipes-y stuff sandbox, with transformers-0.3 among my global
packages. The only disappointment is that it doesn't allow the very most
recent text, partly because `pipes-attoparsec` and `pipes-text` haven't
caught up with. (There is also the curiosity that the pipes repo is 4.1.1.1
but hackage has already jumped to 4.1.1.2)
