#5: Platform download website

We need to design a website for end users to get the Haskell Platform.
Probably the existing wiki site is not quite right.
It probably wants to be a "Get Haskell" kind of thing. Simple instructions
for what people need to do. Direct people to the appropriate download for
their platform or to native distro packages for distros that fully support
the platform.
Needs to be simple, clear and pretty.
