#44: Included editline in 2009.2.1

GHC 6.10.3, assuming we move to it, #42 , no longer includes editline,
and adds haskeline.
To maintain package API compatibility, we need to add editline as an
explicit dependency.
Next step: decide on GHC 6.10.3 => if Yes, add editline 0.2.1.0
