#53: Provide uninstall instructions for release candidates

I believe that more people would be willing to try out release candidates
if they knew how to get rid of them afterward. I assume most people
already have a Haskell installation they don't want to override until the
final release (and perhaps not even then). I suggest we provide simple
uninstall instructions with release candidates.
