btw, once i've proposed to publish ${library}.hackage file on each
${library} page on the Hackage. HP should register this file extension
to itself, providing simple wrapper that installs the #{library} via
cabal. i.e. ${library}.hackage will contain "${library}" text and
command associated with *.hackage files will be equivalent to
"cabal `cat %1`"
it should be simple, at least on windows
