ghc version: 7.0.3
"cabal update" and "cabal install cabal-install" completed successfully.
When I tried to install gtk using cabal, it fails with the following
message (please see attached file for details):

Not in scope: type constructor or class `TooltipClass'

Not in scope: type constructor or class `TooltipClass'
cabal: Error: some packages failed to install:
gtk-0.12.1 failed during the building phase. The exception was:
