#193: Haskell Platform adds unsed directory to Windows PATH

I just installed Haskell Platform 2011.4.0.0 to a Windows 7 system. It
added 3 directories to my PATH, but one of these:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Haskell\bin
is apparently not used (it doesn't even exist). Instead, everything seems
to be under the "Haskell Platform" directory. Is this left over from an
earlier installation plan?
