I have the same issue, and have tried installing Xcode 3.2.6, Xcode 4.2.1
and Xcode 4.3, and also tried installing the older Haskell Platform
2011.2.0.1-i386.pkg. Xcode is working, so is installed. Perhaps the
error message could explain exactly what the Platform is looking for
instead of incorrectly assuming Xcode is not installed?
