It does. The original message seems, to a newbie, to say "This dll, which
I'm trying
to install, isn't installed. If it doesn't get installed, this feature is
disabled.
Do you want to install this feature?". It seems like the installer isn't
doing its job
of installing files based on user preferences. I much prefer my version of
the text. Thanks for the quick response.
