Hi Mark, I noticed that we're not using the latest versions of some libraries in the 2013.2 spec:
zlib: 0.5.4.0 (latest: 0.5.4.1) case-insensitive: 1.0.0.1 (latest: 1.0.0.2) unordered-containers: 0.2.3.0 (latest: 0.2.3.1) Is there some reason for that?
