How would an add-on pack be any different than a package installed from Hackage? Why not just package WxHaskell in a way that cabal install WxHaskell is sufficient? We've had others talk about not having OpenGL or GLUT in the HP, but as Jason points out - we really don't have the volunteer bandwidth to do multiple editions.
