The compiled version? for which OS? for which architecture? Or do you mean the uncompressed source image? Do you want to count doc as well, or only object files? Do you mean to include GHC itself? How about the packages that come with GHC?
There really isn't a clear answer to "How big is it?" without knowing what you are trying to measure.
