2nd Latin-American Conference on Functional Programming
October 3-4, 1997
La Plata, Argentina

CACiC '97)
The Second Latin-American Conference on Functional Programming will be held
in La Plata, Argentina from October 3rd to 4th 1997. The first edition of
this event was called First Workshop on Functional Programming and was held
in Buenos Aires, Argentina on September 14th, 1996.
Contributions in all areas related to functional programming are invited.
Topics include (not exclusive): lambda calculi, type theory, education,
language design and implementation, semantics and program transformation.
In this issue, strong emphasis will be put in real world applications of
functional programming.

Original full papers or extended abstracts that have not been published in
other conferences with the following characteristics:

The 2nd Latin-American Conference on Functional Programming (CLaPF'97) will
be part of the Tercer Congreso Argentino de Ciencias de la Computacion
(CACIC'97) and selected contributions will be published in their Proceedings.
