Multiple parameters to classes

       Please make this paper available in TeX form as well, for us non-A4
       users over here -- the .dvi file which is at the above site prints out
       with the top chopped off.

Are you sure? The format should be ACM conference style, i.e. legal
size paper. Maybe its a version problem with TeX (we have 3.0).
