After obtaining the cmu SPARC version (beta 2) of haskell, I was trying to run it on a Sun 4/330, SunOS 4.1.1 under emacs and obtained only the following errors mapin: mmap: No such device ensure_space: Failed to validate 67108864 bytes at 0x01000000 Familiar? I do not have ANY Lisp dialect installed but I read the documentation as only requiring a version of Lisp if you are going to compile HASKELL. Correct :-? Sorry about the extra noise in a technical group but I could not find a news group or anything like a FAQ. Thanks.
