This sounds really cryptic! I must have been reading too
much real literature lately :-) 

What I was trying to say was that (a) the "book" argument
is questionable, and that (b) a better language is the
most important criterium we should use.

Anyway, I think that Simon is doing a great job on
guiding us through the jungle.
