Haskell 98 is finished!
You will find 'Final Draft' versions of the Language Report and
Library Report at

A dozen or so people have contributed a lot to getting typos
etc out of the Reports, and I thank them for their care. I hope
that everyone appears in the acknowledgements section (I have not
tried to categorise it by level of contribution!). If you have
helped and are not acknowledged, pls let me know.
The language design is now frozen, but I'm going to allow another
month to collect any presesntational improvements: typos, poor
presentation, or outright inconsistencies. A month may seem long,
but Xmas intervenes, and I'm away for 2 full weeks in the middle of Jan.
So, please let me know about typos etc by

I will fix them in the week of Jan 25, and freeze the bits on Jan 31.
Yes, I know it'll be 1999 by then, but the *language* is fixed in '98!
