Hi, I am thinking of packaging some Haskell documentation for the Debian distribution of GNU/Linux. Naturally, the Haskell 98 Report and the Haskell 98 Library Report are candidates. I gather that they are meant to be distributed, but nowhere can I find explicit permission to do so. So please, would someone with the authority give me, Debian and all redistributors of Debian the appropriate permission, or tell me I am not allowed to distribute them? I'd need an explicit permission, since the copyright laws defaults to `no permission whatsoever'. (Or better yet, give a general permission to everybody to distribute them.)
