I've done the initial conversion to LaTeX, i.e. it passes a LaTeX run and may
be converted and printed using dvips. pdflatex also seems to work. However,
I've to proof-read it, improve layout, set proper crossreferences, prepare it
for latex2html etc.
I hope to do this during the next week, so that the final document will be
available next friday.
If anyone wants the draft of the document, please sent me a mail.
