I am wondering whether it would makes sense to have a list
specifically for "newbies". This is not to separate more
experienced users from those who just started using Haskell,
but to lower the barrier for new users. I can easily
imagine that a person after reading five posts about the
pros and cons of MPTC and related topics doesn't dare to ask
a questions like ``What does the strange "Ord a" prefix in
the type of >= mean?'' Maybe a "haskell-help" or
"haskell-newusers" could help here. (This would of course
work only if a sufficient number of experienced users would
also subscribe to this list and offer advice.)
