The haskell wiki needs fixing. Unfortunately, I currently cannot
afford the time to investigate and fix the problem described below. 

Hopefully, someone volunteers as a maintainer of the wiki. Otherwise I
would suggest to temporarily disable it.

The haskell wiki has repeatedly had problems. To users accessing it,
it seems that the pages are empty and attempts to edit and save a new
version fail. Internally, the wiki uses RCS and one file for each of
the pages. Whenever I have noticed the above behavior, I found the
page in question had more than one version locked and the save
failed because RCS' ci complained about a missing version number.

I have not had the time to investigate the reason of the multiple
locked versions. (Yes, I am finishing up my thesis. ;-))
