irc.haskell.org?

I've recently added irc.ocaml.org to the Open Projects network, meeting
on #ocaml and #functional on Tuesdays and Thursdays 1900 gmt. It would
be nice if the same thing could be done for irc.haskell.org. Who has
control over the dns?
