My apologies folks, it seems you can't Zip an empty directory and
there is a hard-wired path for sh.exe I didn't spot... This means the
Haskell compiler fails (the Mondrian is OK) unless you have cygwin
installed.
The trivial fix can be found at <http://www.mondrian-script.org> -
its just create two directories and download sh.exe.
For the next release we'll have a better install method!
