(For me, nominating the module is enough.)

The change is in the repository, and it's documented in the manual.   I
hope this'll help the test-suite folk.

I take it that's not yet a released compiler version? (I'm currently using 5.4.03, and expect to upgrade at some time after the generics support is felt to be reasonably stable and also supported by Hugs.)
