The Hanseatic town of Luebeck is located in Northern Germany close to the Baltic Sea with frequent train connections to major airports. The medieval town was appointed as world cultural heritage by the United Nations. After the conference a selection of excellent papers will be published in a special issue of the International Journal of Computer and Information Science.
