What do I need to set up to run the hugs-package utility using Cygwin under Windows? I'm getting errors that I don't understand (below).
I'm not sure if this is a problem with the Cygwin environment, or just that I've not set up things needed by the hugs-package script. In the following, /cygdrive/j/exchange/GK/hugs98-20040109 contains the Hugs source kit, and /cygdrive/c/DEV/Hugs98 is my Hugs install directory.
