I've been using an unofficial build of Hugs with Unicode character support to develop enhancements to the HaXml parser which are needed for my RDF/XML parser. I'm starting to think about packaging these as a general release, but if this relies on a non-standard Hugs build, that's likely to make my software harder to install and use. I'd really like to be able to test my release kit against a general release of Hugs (as well as GHC of course).
