Lrc was developed in my group, and was taken home by Joao Saraiva, after finishing his Ph.D. thesis.

We are not maintaining it anymore, since we have switched to our new attribute grammar system:

For building editing environments we have the experimental Proxima system, with which one can build editors in a reasonably easy way, although some effort is required:

My hope is to ever merge them again.

It has a bunch of "coming soon" links, but the page hasn't been updated since about 2002.
