Hello, the Haskell homepage contains a link “Applications and libraries” but the page it links to is called “Libraries and tools”. Since the title “Applications and libraries” is better (A tool is an application and the page is also about non-tool applications.), I changed its name. I had to discover that there are lots of subpages of “Libraries and tools”. Is it okay to rename these too?
