Today I have released HDBC 1.1.3 and the HDBC backend drivers 1.1.3. Changes follow:

Specific new functions are: quickQuery', fetchAllRows', fetchAllRowsAL', fetchAllRowsMAP', sFetchAllRows'. This does not impact database drivers.
