Hello all, We are an advanced stage start-up company (raising a C round, currently just under 100 people), and we are looking for an addition to our Data Science/Algorithm development team. At Madvertise we work on very hard problems in computational advertising. Our team has developed and has maintained ownership of the 'Decision Engine', the core optimization component of our ad server. It is written completely in Haskell and has been running in production for several months now with impressive results.
The position obviously includes day-to-day Haskell programming, but the ability and willingness to do applied research in the field of computational advertising is also required.
