Dear colleagues, Registration is now open for the 38th Symposium on Implementation and Application of Functional Languages (IFL 2026), taking place on 28-30 October 2026 at Aspenäs Herrgård near Gothenburg, Sweden.
IFL brings together researchers and developers working on the implementation and application of functional languages and function-oriented programming. The program features many presentations on exciting topics including type systems, verified compilation, functional systems programming, parallelism, performance, domain-specific languages, and semantics. Our invited keynote speakers are: - Mary Sheeran - John Hughes - Simon Peyton Jones The preliminary program is available at: https://ifl26.cse.chalmers.se/program/ **Registration deadlines** - Early registration: 18 September 2026 - Late registration: 25 September 2026 Full conference registration includes two nights of accommodation at Aspenäs Herrgård, breakfast, lunch, fika, and two dinners.
