A Windows theme isn't a native UI.A native UI actually calls the native toolkits, hooks into native extension and input control mechanisms, just like a non-skinned app.
It seems native on Windows at least, which is why it looks like whatever Windows theme I'm using. The two screenshots are using the same setting in Opera but a different theme in Windows.
