That is easy to fix :)

# cd ~/.opera
# mv /tmp/personal.ini .
# vi personal.ini
# mv /tmp/opera-personal ~/bin
# ~/bin/opera-personal

And if you're on windows, Alt-P Advanced Shortcuts Keyboard setup Edit
