Why even have to reload? The viewer should watch the file's mtime
and reload automatically.
If it does that I should be able to disable it so it doesn't start
spinning up my CD drive/attempt a network connection and hang/otherwise
try and get hold of a document that's too "far away" to make that
acceptable.
Why, yes, that's hateful experience you're hearing.
