Barclays is British and therefore handle this in the same way as the
rest of the non-American world, dd/mm/yyyy.
What an american thing to say. The rest of Britain perhaps. We tend
to use yyyy-mm-dd here in Sweden, a country which I'm led to believe
is a full member of non-America.
