In the grand tradition of unbreak-me options everywhere, try adding
this to your OpenSSH ~/.ssh/config (or your /etc/ssh/config, if you're
that way inclined):

  NoHostAuthenticationForLocalhost yes

Oh, and extra bonus hate for having a negatively-named boolean option.
