OK, so I bounced a mail there from mutt, and their archiver picked it up correctly and created http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ But until Richard gets around to fixing up the subscription, I'll have to continue to bounce over any more recent mail for it to get archived. (Although anyone else can also do it I suppose.) > After getting this going I was going to send them my own > archive also so they could fill it in back to Sep 2005 at > least. I did that. They just mailed me to let me know it's being imported and the web-accessible archives are already populated quite a bit. (Dunno how much of it.) The thread/date indices only list the most recent 3000 messages anyway. That's only the indices though -- message permalinks work indefinitely far into the past, and their search engine is not limited to the 3000 most recent either. So now we have at least a somewhat reliable solution to refer to stuff posted here. Regards, -- Aristotle Pagaltzis // <http://plasmasturm.org/>
