What kind of syntax are you looking to produce in the shell? Obviously we can't 
use that relational algebra stuff you put in the description. 

Are you intending this issue to cover both renaming a table and renaming column 
families? They are two very different and independently complex issues. I would 
hazard to say that with the current structure it is impossible to cheaply 
rename column families, as it would require you to rewrite every mapfile in the 
entire column family.

As to the patch - you misspelled RenamingOperation. Seems like a good start 
though.
