Rename tables

It would be nice to be able to rename tables, if this is possible. Some of our
internal users are doing things like: upload table mytable -> realize they
screwed up -> upload table mytable_2 -> decide mytable_2 looks better -> have
to go on using mytable_2 instead of originally desired table name.
