HBase 0.2.0 release should be based on Hadoop 0.17.2 (or -dev it not available
when we release 0.2.0) for the following two DFS client issues.
HADOOP-3760. Fix a bug with HDFS file close() mistakenly introduced

HADOOP-3681. DFSClient can get into an infinite loop while closing
