The above patch (hbase-637.patch) adds a new unit test, TestColumnValueFilter,
for ColumnValueFilter. Old tests for the deprecated functionality in
RegExpRowFilter (in TestRegExpRowFilter) have not been removed.
Since this patch only adds a test, I did not run all HBase tests. I ran
TestColumnValueFilter, which passed.
