Fix For: 0.2.1
HBASE-796 deprecated methods in HTable that take Text as a parameter. However
there are still methods in the public API in HColumnDescriptor, HBaseAdmin,
BatchUpdate that should also be deprecated.
While we're at it we should deprecate all methods that take Text as a parameter.
